Dripify vs HeyReach: Which LinkedIn Automation Tool Is Better in 2026?
Dripify is better for an individual seller or a small sales team: it costs $59 per user a month on annual billing, and LinkedIn plus email steps run in one sequence. HeyReach is better for agencies and teams running many LinkedIn accounts: it bills per sender from $63 a month, teammates are free, and every account's replies share one unified inbox.
The two tools look similar on a feature list. They are built for different buyers, and the pricing model is where that shows first.
Key takeaways
- Dripify bills per user: Pro is $59/user/month annually ($79 monthly), Advanced $79 ($99 monthly). Each seat connects one LinkedIn account.
- HeyReach bills per LinkedIn sender: Growth is $79 a sender monthly, $63 on yearly billing. Team members, VAs and clients cost nothing.
- HeyReach's Agency plan is $999/month for 25 senders, which undercuts 25 Growth senders at roughly 13 accounts and up.
- Dripify includes email steps on every paid plan. HeyReach's multichannel works through native Instantly and Smartlead integrations.
- Trials: Dripify 7 days, HeyReach 14 days with 3 LinkedIn accounts. Both say no credit card is needed.
Is HeyReach better than Dripify?
HeyReach is better if you run more than a handful of LinkedIn accounts; Dripify is better if you run one or a few accounts and want email in the same sequence. The deciding question is how many LinkedIn profiles will send, and how many people need to log in.
HeyReach was designed around the agency case: dozens of client or team profiles, one login, one unified inbox, automatic rotation of sending between connected accounts, and workspaces that keep each client's data separate. Dripify was designed around the seller case: one person, one LinkedIn account, a drip campaign that mixes connection requests, messages, InMails and email.
Neither is a CRM. Both push leads onward (Dripify has a native HubSpot integration plus webhooks and Zapier; HeyReach has an API and webhooks), so plan where replies will live before you choose.
How much does Dripify cost compared with HeyReach?
At one LinkedIn account they cost almost the same; the gap opens as accounts and people multiply. Dripify charges for each user, HeyReach for each LinkedIn sender.
| Dripify plan | Annual billing | Monthly billing |
|---|---|---|
| Pro | $59/user/mo | $79/user/mo |
| Advanced | $79/user/mo | $99/user/mo |
| Enterprise | Custom, by seat count | Custom |
| HeyReach plan | Yearly billing | Monthly billing |
|---|---|---|
| Growth | $63/sender/mo ($756/yr) | $79/sender/mo |
| Agency (25 senders) | $799/mo ($9,590/yr) | $999/mo |
| Unlimited (fair use: 300 senders) | $2,399/mo | $2,999/mo |
HeyReach also offers quarterly billing ($71 a sender on Growth). Dripify says teams of 10 or more seats should contact sales, so above that point its list price is a starting figure rather than the final one.
| Scenario (monthly billing) | Dripify | HeyReach |
|---|---|---|
| 1 seller, 1 account | $79 (Pro) | $79 (Growth) |
| 5 reps, 5 accounts, team features | $495 (Advanced) | $395 (Growth) |
| Agency, 25 client accounts, 4 staff | Talk to sales (list: 25 seats) | $999 (Agency) |

Can Dripify manage multiple LinkedIn accounts?
Yes, but one per seat: Dripify's own pricing FAQ says each seat connects one LinkedIn account, so five accounts means five paid seats. The Advanced plan adds team management, so one administrator can oversee those seats from a single login, assign roles and prevent two reps contacting the same lead.
HeyReach is built the other way round. Seats are LinkedIn senders, not people, and the pricing page says it does not charge for teammates, VAs, clients or users. Its unified inbox shows every connected account's conversations in one place, which is the feature agencies most often buy it for.
Which is safer for your LinkedIn account?
Neither tool can make LinkedIn automation risk-free; the safer tool is the one you run at lower volume. That said, their defaults differ in useful ways.
Dripify runs campaigns on its own servers from a dedicated IP in your location, spaces actions with randomised timing inside your working hours, and caps daily activity at up to 75 connection requests and 100+ messages, within which you set your own volume.
HeyReach's Growth plan gives each sender a dedicated residential proxy; on Agency and Unlimited you bring your own proxies. Its help centre is unusually specific: it allows up to 40 connection requests a day per sender, recommends staying at the default of 25, caps each sender at 200 a week, and pauses requests until the following Monday if LinkedIn stops the account sending invitations for crossing its weekly limit.
A higher ceiling is not a recommendation. LinkedIn does not publish its weekly invitation limit and it varies by account, so whichever tool you use, start low, warm new accounts up over a few weeks and watch acceptance rate as your early warning.
Does Dripify or HeyReach do email outreach?
Dripify does it natively; HeyReach does it through integrations. Dripify's pricing page says every paid plan runs LinkedIn and email in the same sequence: you connect your mailbox, find and verify addresses with the built-in email finder (100 credits a month included), and add email steps between LinkedIn actions. Sending is not metered.
HeyReach lists multichannel outreach through native Instantly and Smartlead integrations, so the email side runs in a dedicated cold-email tool you also pay for. For agencies that already run Instantly or Smartlead, that is a feature. For a solo seller, it is a second subscription.
Which has the better free trial?
HeyReach's trial is longer and covers more accounts; Dripify's gives you its top self-serve plan. HeyReach's entry plan can be tested for 14 days with 3 LinkedIn accounts and no credit card, and it will set up a 30-day trial of Agency or Unlimited on request. Dripify's trial runs 7 days with Advanced features and no card, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.

Dripify wins for one seller
One login, one account, LinkedIn and email in a single sequence, and the cheapest annual entry price of the two. Dripify also works with free LinkedIn accounts, so Sales Navigator is optional.
HeyReach wins once accounts outnumber people
Free seats, one inbox across every sender, workspaces per client and whitelabel on Agency. At around 13 senders the $999 Agency bundle is already cheaper than paying per sender.
Which should you choose?
| If this is you | Pick |
|---|---|
| Solo founder or seller on one account | Dripify |
| You want LinkedIn and email in one sequence without another tool | Dripify |
| Small team that only needs a few accounts | Dripify (Advanced for team management) |
| Agency running client LinkedIn accounts | HeyReach |
| Several people sharing access to many profiles | HeyReach |
| You already send email through Instantly or Smartlead | HeyReach |
| You need whitelabel reporting for clients | HeyReach (Agency) |
Count LinkedIn accounts and humans separately before you price either. If accounts are one per person, the tools cost about the same and Dripify's native email tips it. If accounts outnumber people, HeyReach's model wins on cost and on workflow.

Where does Scalry fit?
Scalry is a CRM, cold email and sales automation platform on flat pricing ($29 to $199 a month). We are not pitching it as a replacement for either tool's LinkedIn sequencing here.
Where it can help is the step after the reply: both Dripify and HeyReach hand leads to a CRM, and the most common failure in LinkedIn outreach is a positive reply nobody followed up. If you do not have that home for replies yet, solve it alongside the outreach tool, not after.
Frequently asked questions
Which is better, HeyReach or Dripify?
HeyReach is better for agencies and teams running many LinkedIn accounts, because it bills per sender, gives free seats and puts every account in one inbox. Dripify is better for one seller or a small team that wants LinkedIn and email steps in one sequence from $59 per user a month.
Is Dripify cheaper than HeyReach?
On annual billing, slightly: Dripify Pro is $59 per user a month against $63 per sender for HeyReach Growth. On monthly billing both start at $79. For teams that need Dripify's Advanced plan, or agencies with 13 or more accounts, HeyReach usually costs less.
Can I use Dripify and HeyReach with a free LinkedIn account?
Dripify says it works with all LinkedIn account types, including free ones, and that Sales Navigator is optional. HeyReach supports standard LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter connections; check its help centre for limits that apply to free accounts.
Does HeyReach charge for team members?
No. HeyReach's pricing page says it does not charge for adding teammates, VAs, clients or users; you pay per LinkedIn sender, or for a bundle of senders on the Agency and Unlimited plans.
How many connection requests can I send per day?
Dripify allows up to 75 connection requests a day. HeyReach allows up to 40 per sender, recommends a default of 25 and caps each sender at 200 a week. LinkedIn's own weekly limit is not published and varies by account, so lower is safer on both.
Do Dripify and HeyReach need a Chrome extension?
Neither needs your browser open to run campaigns. Dripify sends from its own servers. HeyReach runs a session per sender in the background; you connect an account either with login credentials or by exporting your LinkedIn cookies with a browser extension.
Is Outreach the same kind of tool as Dripify?
No. Outreach describes itself as an AI agent platform for revenue teams and sells on custom pricing only. Dripify and HeyReach are LinkedIn automation tools with published per-user or per-sender prices, bought to run LinkedIn sequences rather than a whole sales team's workflow.
