How it works

1

Connect your mailbox

Bring your own provider — SMTP, SendGrid, Mailgun, Resend, Postmark, or SES.

2

Write the sequence

Steps and delays, with merge fields pulled from the CRM record so personalisation is real rather than a first-name token.

3

Send within your caps

Per-mailbox daily limits with natural variation, because a mailbox that sends exactly its cap every single day is a machine signature.

4

Watch the replies

Opens, clicks, replies, bounces, and unsubscribes per campaign, all attached to the contacts they came from.

What you get

Bring your own mailbox

Six providers supported. Your domain, your reputation, your control.

Automatic unsubscribe handling

One-click unsubscribe headers and a footer link on every send, with opt-outs suppressed everywhere afterwards.

CAN-SPAM footer

Your business name and postal address are applied automatically to every commercial send.

Daily sending caps

Per-mailbox limits with day-to-day variation, so volume looks like a person rather than a cron job.

Merge fields

Personalise from any CRM field, not just a first name.

Campaign analytics

Delivery, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, and complaint rate per campaign.

Deliverability is mostly discipline

Most cold email fails for unglamorous reasons: too much volume too early, no working unsubscribe, a missing postal address, and a list nobody had a reason to contact.

The parts a tool can enforce, Scalry enforces. Unsubscribes are suppressed before a send is attempted, the footer is applied automatically, and daily caps vary rather than sitting flat.

The parts it cannot enforce are on you, and they are the ones that matter most: contact people you have a lawful basis to contact, write something worth reading, and stop when they say no. Our acceptable use policy is not decorative — accounts that ignore it get suspended.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own domain and mailbox?

Yes, and that is deliberate. You send from your own infrastructure, so your sending reputation is yours to build rather than shared with strangers.

Are unsubscribes handled automatically?

Yes. Every commercial send carries a working unsubscribe, and an opt-out suppresses that contact across campaigns and agents alike.

Can I send to a purchased list?

No. Purchased and scraped lists without a lawful basis are prohibited by our acceptable use policy, and they will get your domain blacklisted regardless of the policy.

What sending limits apply?

You set a daily cap per mailbox. Scalry varies the actual figure slightly day to day so the pattern does not look automated.
