Build a funnel that captures leads

Start a funnel from a template, blank page or AI brief, edit its pages, publish it and collect leads into your CRM.

Updated October 19, 2026

Open Funnels > Funnels in the sidebar (the Sites Hub shows funnels, forms and domains together).

1. Start a funnel

Click Create Funnel. Enter a Funnel Name and choose how to start:

  • Start Blank for an empty page.
  • Use a Template to pick a design from the template library. Click Preview to look closer, Choose one and click Use Template.
  • Create with AI and write a short AI Brief about your offer.

Click Continue to open the funnel builder.

2. Edit the pages

The Steps tab lists the funnel's pages. Click Edit Page to open the drag-and-drop editor, change text, images and forms, and click Save. Use Add Step for more pages, such as a thank-you page.

3. Publish

Back in the builder, click Publish. The funnel's web address appears in the header. To use your own domain, add and verify it under Sites Hub > Domains, then pick it under Settings > Connected Domain and click Save Settings. The same settings tab takes tracking code for your ad pixels.

Where the leads go

Everyone who fills in a form on a published funnel becomes a contact in your CRM with the source Funnel and the stage Lead. Funnel is one of the sources the default SDR Agent takes, so once that agent is active it can follow up with them. See views, opt-ins and conversion rates on the Stats tab or under Sites Hub > Analytics.
