Updated October 19, 2026

Open CRM > Contacts.

Add one contact

Click Add Contact. Fill in First Name (required) and any of Last Name, Email, Phone, Lifecycle Stage, Source and Company, then click Create Contact.

Import a file

  1. Click Import. Drop a CSV, XLSX or XLS file (up to 10MB) on the box, or click to browse.
  2. Under Duplicate handling, choose Skip duplicates or Update existing. Duplicates are matched by email address.
  3. Click Next: Map Columns. Scalry matches common headers for you (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Company, City, State, Country and so on). Check each row under Map To, and pick Skip for columns you don't need.
  4. Click Import Contacts. The results show how many contacts were created, updated and skipped, and list any rows with errors. Click Done.

Imported contacts are not sent to the default SDR Agent automatically: it only takes leads from sources such as Lead Finder, funnels and your website. To work imported contacts, give the agent an ICP that matches them, or enroll them by hand from the agent's Enrollments tab.
