Get started with Scalry

From sign-up to your first booked meeting: contacts, an ideal customer profile, a mailbox, an AI sales agent and a booking link.

Updated October 19, 2026

Scalry puts your CRM, cold email, AI sales agents, voice agents, funnels and booking pages in one workspace. This guide takes you from a new account to an agent that works your leads and a link prospects can book on. Your dashboard shows the same steps in a Get started checklist, and each one ticks off by itself once you've done it.

Create your account

Go to scalry.com/signup. Enter your Email and a Password, tick the terms box and click Create Account, or click Sign Up with Google. If you signed up with email, open the Confirm Your Email Address message we send and click Confirm Email (the link works for 24 hours). Your 14-day free trial starts once your email is confirmed. Sign in and you land on your dashboard.

No confirmation email? Check your spam folder. If the link has expired, the page it opens offers Send me a new activation link.

1. Add your contacts

Open CRM in the sidebar, then Contacts. Click Add Contact to add one person, or Import to bring in a CSV or Excel file. See Import your contacts.

2. Describe your ideal customer

Under Outreach, open Ideal Customer Profile and click New profile. Write who the buyer is and the titles, industries and company sizes you sell to. Lead Finder, sourcing plans and your agents all use it. See Create an ideal customer profile.

Prefer to talk it through? On the dashboard, click Define my ideal customer and the copilot drafts one for you to confirm.

3. Connect a sending mailbox

Go to Outreach > Email Accounts. Paste your mailbox details under Attach mailboxes in bulk and click Attach mailboxes, or buy ready-made mailboxes from Buy Mailboxes. See Connect your sending mailboxes.

4. Switch on an AI sales agent

Every workspace comes with an SDR Agent that starts paused, so nothing goes out until you say so. Open AI Agents, click the SDR Agent's Edit button, check its instructions, set Status to Active and click Save Changes. See Activate your AI sales agent.

5. Create a booking link

Open Booking > Event Types and click New Event Type. Name it (for example "30-minute intro call"), pick a duration and location, and click Save Event Type. Use Copy booking link to share it. See Share a booking link.

What happens next

New contacts that fit your agent's targeting are enrolled automatically. The agent researches each one, drafts emails and follow-ups, and anything that needs your OK waits in Work Queue. When a prospect replies, the agent pauses for that person so you can take over. Meetings booked on your link show up under Booking > Bookings.

Not sure where to start? Ask the dashboard copilot: "What can Scalry do?" or "Build my first agent."
