Connect your sending mailboxes

Attach your own mailboxes or buy ready-made ones, set a safe daily limit and make sure replies come back.

Updated October 19, 2026

Cold email goes out through mailboxes in your sending pool. Open Outreach > Email Accounts. There are two ways to get sending capacity.

Bring your own mailboxes

  1. Under Attach mailboxes in bulk, enter one mailbox per line as email, password. You can add ,smtp_host,smtp_port if your provider needs them.
  2. Choose the Provider: Zoho, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Other / custom SMTP. Scalry fills in sensible server settings for the first three.
  3. Set Sends per mailbox per day. 30 is the safe default for cold email.
  4. Click Attach mailboxes. Each email domain is added under Domains automatically.

Buy mailboxes from us

Click Buy mailboxes, enter How many mailboxes and Mailboxes per domain, and optionally name the domains you want (leave it blank and we pick lookalike domains). Click Place order, then Pay now. Your orders and their status are listed under Your orders.

Check each domain

Every domain shows its SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX status. Click Verify DNS after adding the records listed under Records this domain needs. For the best cold deliverability, leave Tracking on No tracking.

If a mailbox shows No IMAP, Scalry can't read its inbox, so replies and bounces aren't collected and your agents can't tell interest from silence. Make sure the mailbox allows IMAP access.

New mailboxes should warm up before they send at full volume. See Warm up new mailboxes.
