Pipedrive Pricing Explained (2026): Plans, Add-ons and Real Yearly Costs
Pipedrive pricing, in short: four plans billed per seat — Lite $14, Growth $39, Premium $59 and Ultimate $79 per seat per month on annual billing ($24, $49, $79 and $99 billed monthly). On top sit paid add-ons, starting from $13.33 for Campaigns, $16 for Projects, $32.50 for LeadBooster, $32.50 for Smart Docs and $41 for Web Visitors.

The per-seat number is the easy part. What decides your real bill is how many seats you need, which add-ons you would buy, and whether one plan step up would include the add-on you were about to pay for. This guide works through all three, with year-one totals for one, three and ten users.
Key takeaways
- Plans (annual billing): Lite $14, Growth $39, Premium $59, Ultimate $79 per seat per month — one payment of $168, $468, $708 or $948 per seat a year.
- Monthly billing costs more: $24, $49, $79 and $99 per seat, so annual billing saves 20% to 42% depending on the plan.
- Add-ons start from: Campaigns $13.33, Projects $16, LeadBooster $32.50, Smart Docs $32.50, Web Visitors $41 a month.
- Premium's plan card lists LeadBooster lead capture and contracts with e-signatures, so check it before buying those add-ons on Growth.
- Year one for three users on Growth: $1,404, or about $1,954 with Campaigns and LeadBooster at their starting prices.
- There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card, and no free plan.
How much does Pipedrive cost per month?
Pipedrive costs $14 to $79 per seat per month on annual billing, or $24 to $99 per seat billed monthly. Every user who logs in needs a seat, so a five-person team pays five times the figure below.
| Plan | Annual billing | Monthly billing | Per seat per year (annual) | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $14/seat/mo | $24/seat/mo | $168 | Lead, calendar and pipeline management, AI report creation, 500+ integrations, meeting intelligence |
| Growth | $39/seat/mo | $49/seat/mo | $468 | Full email sync with tracking, bulk email, automations and nurturing sequences, subscriptions and forecast reports, meeting scheduler |
| Premium | $59/seat/mo | $79/seat/mo | $708 | Lead generation and routing with LeadBooster, custom scoring, company enrichment, shared inboxes, contracts and e-signatures, required and formula fields, permissions |
| Ultimate | $79/seat/mo | $99/seat/mo | $948 | Security rules and alerts, phone and email enrichment, sandbox account, extended phone support, partner discounts |
Plan prices are Pipedrive's US list prices in US dollars, excluding VAT and promotions, checked in October 2026 against Pipedrive's pricing page and independent US pricing reviews; Pipedrive shows lower prices in some other regions. Add-on prices are the starting figures from Pipedrive's pricing and add-on pages. Pipedrive changes plans and add-on prices from time to time — confirm the current numbers before you commit.
Two details from the pricing page are worth knowing. Prices are VAT exclusive, so EU buyers without a VAT number pay more than the headline. And Pipedrive's own FAQ says implementation is free on plans worth more than $400 a year — which, at Growth and above, includes a single seat.
What do Pipedrive's add-ons cost?
Pipedrive's add-ons start at $13.33 a month for Campaigns and go up to $41 a month for Web Visitors, with LeadBooster, Smart Docs and Projects in between. All five are listed as “starting from” prices, which means the smallest tier, and Pipedrive says add-ons can be added to any plan.
| Add-on | Starting price | What it does | How it scales |
|---|---|---|---|
| Campaigns | From $13.33/mo | Email marketing campaigns to your CRM contacts, with filters by subscription status, bounce reason and send date | Starting price only; price your list size in the configurator |
| Projects | From $16/mo | Project boards for delivery work after a deal is won | Starting price only |
| LeadBooster | From $32.50/mo per company | Chatbot, Live Chat, Web Forms and Prospector (credit-based outbound lead search) | Per company, not per seat; 14-day trial |
| Smart Docs | From $32.50/mo | Quotes, proposals and contracts with tracking and e-signatures | Starting price only |
| Web Visitors | From $41/mo | Shows which organisations visit your website and what they view | Add-on page tiers: $49/mo up to 200 identified organisations, $99/mo for 201–500, $299/mo for 501–2,000 |
The main pricing page says Web Visitors starts from $41 a month; the add-on's own page lists $49, $99 and $299 monthly tiers by the number of organisations identified. Neither page says why the figures differ — the likeliest explanation is annual versus monthly billing, but confirm at checkout before you budget on the lower number.
LeadBooster
LeadBooster is the add-on most teams look at first. It bundles a website Chatbot, Live Chat, Web Forms and Prospector, Pipedrive's outbound lead database, which works on credits you buy to reveal email addresses and phone numbers. It is priced per company from $32.50 a month, so it does not multiply with seats. Note that Prospector credits are a separate purchase from the add-on itself.
Campaigns
Campaigns is Pipedrive's email marketing tool: newsletters and campaigns sent to contacts already in the CRM. The $13.33 figure is the starting tier. If you have a large list, price your actual contact count before comparing it with a dedicated email tool.
Smart Docs, Web Visitors and Projects
Smart Docs handles quotes, proposals and contracts with e-signatures. Web Visitors identifies companies browsing your site and can feed them into Prospector. Projects adds delivery boards for work that starts after the deal closes. Each is useful to a specific kind of team, and none is needed to run a pipeline.
Is it cheaper to upgrade to Premium than to buy add-ons?
For up to three users, usually yes. Premium's plan card lists lead generation and routing with LeadBooster, and quotes, proposals and contracts with e-signatures — the jobs LeadBooster and Smart Docs do. On Growth, buying both add-ons at their starting prices adds $65 a month on top of $39 per seat.
| Users | Growth + LeadBooster + Smart Docs | Premium | Cheaper |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $104/mo ($39 + $65) | $59/mo | Premium |
| 2 | $143/mo ($78 + $65) | $118/mo | Premium |
| 3 | $182/mo ($117 + $65) | $177/mo | Premium |
| 4 | $221/mo ($156 + $65) | $236/mo | Growth + add-ons |
| 5 | $260/mo ($195 + $65) | $295/mo | Growth + add-ons |
| 10 | $455/mo ($390 + $65) | $590/mo | Growth + add-ons |
Annual-billing prices, add-ons at their starting tiers. The crossover sits between three and four users, because add-ons are priced per company and plans per seat. Before relying on this, ask Pipedrive whether Premium's included LeadBooster and documents match the full add-ons in limits — the plan card names the features but not the allowances.

What does Pipedrive cost for a year?
A year of Pipedrive costs $168 per seat on Lite and $948 per seat on Ultimate when you pay annually. The table multiplies that out for one, three and ten users, before any add-ons.
| Plan | 1 user | 3 users | 10 users | 10 users, billed monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $168 | $504 | $1,680 | $2,880 |
| Growth | $468 | $1,404 | $4,680 | $5,880 |
| Premium | $708 | $2,124 | $7,080 | $9,480 |
| Ultimate | $948 | $2,844 | $9,480 | $11,880 |
Now a realistic configuration: Growth for the automations, plus Campaigns for newsletters and LeadBooster for website forms and chat. At starting prices the two add-ons add about $550 a year ($160 for Campaigns and $390 for LeadBooster).
| Team | Growth seats | Campaigns + LeadBooster | Year-one total |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 user | $468 | $550 | $1,018 |
| 3 users | $1,404 | $550 | $1,954 |
| 10 users | $4,680 | $550 | $5,230 |
Treat these as floors. Campaigns scales with your list, Prospector credits are extra, and VAT applies in the EU. The figures do show the shape of Pipedrive's pricing, though: add-ons dominate a one-person bill, seats dominate a ten-person one.
Which Pipedrive plan should you choose?
Most small sales teams should start on Growth, because it is the first plan with automations, sequences and full email sync. Lite is a good pipeline but leaves follow-up manual.
- Lite ($14): one or two people who want a clean pipeline and calendar and will write their own follow-ups.
- Growth ($39): teams that send follow-up sequences and want email tracked against the deal. The default choice.
- Premium ($59): teams that need lead capture, routing, scoring and contracts — and small teams for whom it is cheaper than Growth plus add-ons.
- Ultimate ($79): companies with security and access requirements, data enrichment needs, or a wish to test changes in a sandbox.
The costs that are easy to miss
- Seats for occasional users. A manager who checks the pipeline once a week still needs a seat.
- Monthly billing. Ten seats on Growth cost $1,200 more a year billed monthly than annually.
- Campaigns at your real list size, not the starting tier.
- Prospector credits, bought separately from LeadBooster and Web Visitors.
- VAT for EU buyers without a VAT number.
- Tools Pipedrive does not include — landing pages beyond forms, social scheduling, a booking-heavy front end — if your process needs them.
How does Pipedrive compare with other CRMs on price?
Pipedrive is one of the cheaper credible sales CRMs at small headcount, and its cost rises in a straight line with seats. That makes it easy to forecast but means a large team pays for every login. Compare it with HubSpot in our HubSpot pricing guide, or with a Gmail-based CRM in Streak vs Pipedrive. Against a calling-first CRM, see Close vs Pipedrive; against a single $15 plan, Less Annoying CRM vs Pipedrive; against built-in forms and chat, Nutshell vs Pipedrive. To compare several at once, see our list of Pipedrive alternatives. For the broader picture of per-seat, per-contact and flat pricing, see how much a CRM costs.
Flat-priced platforms are the other route. Scalry, which publishes this guide, charges $29, $79 or $199 a month per workspace rather than per seat, with the CRM, cold email, funnels and booking pages included. It does not match Pipedrive's forecasting or its 500-plus integrations, and for one or two people on Lite, Pipedrive is cheaper. The flat price matters more as seats are added, because it does not move with headcount.
Questions to ask before you commit
Whichever way you are leaning, these are the questions that change the answer. Work through them against your own numbers rather than anyone's feature matrix — including this one.
- How many people need to log in, not how many are on the team?
- Which add-ons would you actually buy? Price the full configuration, not the plan.
- Would Premium cover them? Up to three users it often costs less than Growth plus add-ons.
- Can you commit to a year? Monthly billing costs $10 to $20 more per seat.
- How large is your email list? It sets the Campaigns price.
- Will you buy Prospector credits? They are a separate line.
If you cannot answer the first three, you are not ready to choose between Scalry and Pipedrive yet — you are still deciding what you need, which is a cheaper problem to solve first.
