Streak CRM Pricing 2026: Pro, Pro+ and Enterprise, Free Tools and AI Credits
Streak CRM pricing, in short: Pro costs $49 per user a month billed annually or $59 monthly, Pro+ $69 or $89, and Enterprise $129 or $159. There is no free CRM plan, but Streak's email tools (tracking, snippets, mail merge up to 50 a day, thread sharing) are free forever. Automations and Zapier start on Pro+, which has a 14-day free trial.
Streak is a CRM that lives inside Gmail: pipelines, contacts and deal history sit next to your inbox, and emails are attached to deals automatically. Its pricing is simple, three per-user plans, but the features most teams expect from a CRM, such as automations and integrations, are not on the cheapest one. This guide lists each plan, the free tools, AI credits and what a small team pays in a year.
Key takeaways
- Pro: $49 per user a month billed annually, $59 monthly. Unlimited pipelines and records, mail merge, 20 AI credits per user.
- Pro+: $69 annually, $89 monthly. Adds automations, Zapier and direct integrations, advanced reports, 150 AI credits.
- Enterprise: $129 annually, $159 monthly. Custom roles, data validation, dedicated support, 500 AI credits.
- Free forever: email and link tracking, snippets, mail merge (50 a day), Streak Share and Thread Splitter.
- Extra AI credits: from $100 a month for 1,000.
- Gmail only: Streak works inside Gmail and Google Workspace, not Outlook.

*Streak marks the 1,500 daily mail merge figure with an asterisk; Gmail's own sending limits also apply. Every plan includes email tracking, snippets, contact enrichment, tasks, mobile apps and onboarding help from Streak's team. Advanced implementation by Streak's partners is available for a fee on Pro and Pro+, and included on Enterprise.
Is there a free version of Streak?
Not of the CRM. Streak's free tier is a set of Gmail tools you can use without paying: email and link tracking, snippets, mail merge up to 50 emails a day, Streak Share (a link to any Gmail thread) and Thread Splitter. Pipelines and shared contacts need a paid plan. Pro+ has a 14-day free trial.
If you need a lasting free CRM with a pipeline, look at HubSpot's free CRM, Bigin by Zoho or Capsule's free plan, each with its own limits.
How do Streak's AI credits work?
Each plan includes AI credits per user per month, pooled across the team: 20 on Pro, 150 on Pro+ and 500 on Enterprise. Credits pay for deal summaries and deal questions (1 credit each), autofill from the deal timeline (1) or with web research (2), meeting agendas (1) and automated AI actions (1 credit per 10 runs). Unused credits don't roll over. Extra credits are a recurring add-on:
| Extra credits | Price per month |
|---|---|
| 1,000 | $100 |
| 2,500 | $200 |
| 10,000 | $500 |
| 25,000 | $1,000 |

What does Streak cost for a small team in a year?
| Plan | 1 user, annual | 3 users, annual | 3 users, monthly billing | 10 users, annual |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $588 | $1,764 | $2,124 | $5,880 |
| Pro+ | $828 | $2,484 | $3,204 | $8,280 |
| Enterprise | $1,548 | $4,644 | $5,724 | $15,480 |
The real decision for most teams is Pro against Pro+. If you want a deal to create a task when it changes stage, or a form to create a lead automatically, that needs automations or integrations, which means Pro+ at $20 more per user a month on annual billing. Google Workspace itself is a separate subscription.
Should you pay for Streak monthly or annually?
Pay monthly while you are testing whether the team will actually use it, then switch to annual once it is part of the daily routine. Annual billing saves $10 per user a month on Pro, $20 on Pro+ and $30 on Enterprise. For a three-person team on Pro+ that is $720 a year, enough to matter, but not worth a year's commitment to a tool the team hasn't adopted. If you will grow, check how added seats are billed before committing to an annual plan.
What should you check before buying Streak?
- Does everyone use Gmail? Streak runs inside Gmail and Google Workspace; Outlook users are left out.
- Do you need automations on day one? If yes, budget for Pro+, not Pro.
- How will leads arrive? Forms and booking tools connect through direct integrations or Zapier, which also need Pro+.
- How much AI will you use? Pro's 20 credits per user a month cover occasional summaries; heavy use means extra credits from $100 a month.
- Who leaves and joins? Archived users, which keep a former employee's email history without paying for a seat, start on Pro+.
- Do you need marketing email, funnels or calling? Mail merge covers simple outreach; anything more needs another tool.
How does Streak's price compare with other small-team CRMs?
Streak's entry price is higher than most pipeline CRMs. On annual billing, Pipedrive's US list prices run from $14 to $79 per seat a month (see Pipedrive pricing), and Capsule's paid plans from $18 to $72 per user. Streak Pro at $49 is closer to their middle tiers. What the extra buys is the Gmail integration itself: no separate app, and every email shared to the deal automatically. If your team would happily work in a separate CRM tab, the cheaper tools are worth pricing first.
Is Streak worth it?
Streak is worth it for teams that live in Gmail and want the CRM inside the inbox rather than in another tab: there is little to learn, and email history is shared automatically. It fits less well if part of the team uses Outlook, if you need marketing email, landing pages or calling built in, or if per-user pricing gets expensive as the team grows. Streak vs Pipedrive compares it with a standalone pipeline CRM, and the CRM Price Index prices 16 other CRMs at 1, 3, 10 and 25 users, so you can set Streak's per-user price against them.
How does Scalry compare?
Scalry, which publishes this guide, is a separate web app rather than a Gmail extension, priced per workspace at $29, $79 or $199 a month instead of per user, with email sequences, funnels, booking pages and automations included. Where Streak wins: it works inside Gmail itself, shares email history without any set-up, and is quicker for a Gmail-first team to adopt. More pricing guides are in the CRM and sales tool pricing hub.
